Ingredients
- 6 ounces strong coffee
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream, frothed
- 1 tablespoon brandy
- grated nutmeg or cinnamon, for topping
Instructions
- In you desired glass, combine sugar and cream. I like using a milk frother or whisk because you don't want to whip your cream, but froth it until slightly thickened.
- Add brand and then coffee. Slowly pouring, so the cream rises to the top.
- Finish off with fresh grated nutmeg or cinnamon. Serve & enjoy!
