Dark Chocolate Stout Bundt

  • 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 cups stout
  • 1 tablespoon espresso powder
  • Chocolate Fudge for drizzling


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and butter a bunt pan.
  2. In the bowl of your stand mixer combine cake mix, eggs, oil, stout and espresso. Beat with the paddle attachment until combined and ‘airy’.
  3. Pour the batter into the prepared bundt tin and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
  4. Let cool in the pan completely before turning over onto a serving plate.
  5. Drizzle liberally with chocolate fudge and serve!
