Ingredients
- 1 box dark chocolate cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 cups stout
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder
- Chocolate Fudge for drizzling
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. and butter a bunt pan.
- In the bowl of your stand mixer combine cake mix, eggs, oil, stout and espresso. Beat with the paddle attachment until combined and 'airy'.
- Pour the batter into the prepared bundt tin and bake for 35-40 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.
- Let cool in the pan completely before turning over onto a serving plate.
- Drizzle liberally with chocolate fudge and serve!
