Ingredients

  • 12 ounces fresh frozen peaches
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1.5 ounces club soda
  • 1.5 ounces Botran Rum
  • Fresh mint, for garnish,
  • Turbinado sugar, for garnish

Instructions

  • In your bullet blender, blitz frozen peaches, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, club soda, and rum until smooth.
  • Pour into your desired cocktail glass.  Sprinkle with Turbinado sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
  • Serve & Enjoy!
