Ingredients
- 12 ounces fresh frozen peaches
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1.5 ounces club soda
- 1.5 ounces Botran Rum
- Fresh mint, for garnish,
- Turbinado sugar, for garnish
Instructions
- In your bullet blender, blitz frozen peaches, sugar, vanilla, lemon juice, club soda, and rum until smooth.
- Pour into your desired cocktail glass. Sprinkle with Turbinado sugar and garnish with mint leaves.
