Ingredients
- 6 - 8 chicken thighs - bone in with skin
For the glaze:
- 1 inch piece of ginger root - grated
- 3 - 4 garlic cloves - grated
- 2 tbs. soy sauce
- 2 tbs. Frank's Redhot Sauce
- 2 tbs. orange marmalade
- 1 tbs. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Preheat Oven 375 degrees F.
- Combine all ingredients for the glaze in a medium bowl. Reserve about 1/3 cup for serving.
- Place the chicken thighs in a cast iron pan and cover with the marinade.
- Bake 375°F – 45-50 or until the chicken skin is crispy and the juices run clear. The internal temperature should reach 165°F.
- Serve with the reserved sauce on the side.
