Ingredients
- 3.5 - 4 lbs. of fresh turkey wings - tips removed and split at joint (I left a few wing tips on)
For the Marinade:
- 5- 6 cloves of garlic
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. black pepper corns
- Fresh nutmeg - grated ( about 3/4 tsp.)
- 4 tbs. Teriyaki Sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbs. lemon juice
- 2 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients for the marinade in a bullet blender or food processor and give a few good chops.
- Place the prepared wings in a freezer bag and add the marinade. Rub the marinade into the wings and seal.
- Place the wings in the refrigerator for at least one hour or up to overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F.
- Place the wings in a baking dish.
- Cover the baking dish with tin foil and bake for 1 hour and 30 minutes.
- Uncover and finish baking for 30 minutes.
- Serve with your Karma Hot Sauce.
