Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 8 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup of Parmesan or Romano cheese
- 1 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 tsps. dried oregano
- 2 oz. can of anchovies - drained
Instructions
- Place all of the ingredients for the dressing in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Serve over your favorite salad greens.
