Ingredients
- 8 ounces strongly brewed coffee, cooled to room temp
- 2 ounce vodka, divided
- 4 tablespoons Torani Italian Eggnog Syrup, divided
- 4 ounces heavy cream, divided
- Ice
- Sugar crystals, optional
For the Whipped Coffee:
- 2 tablespoons instant coffee
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the whipped coffee and beat until creamy and frothy, about 5 minutes. Set aside.
- In your desired serving glasses, dip each glass in the Torani syrup then in sugar crystals if desired.
- Add ice to each glass. PER GLASS, add 4 ounces of the cooled brewed coffee, 1 ounce of vodka, 2 tablespoons Torani Italian Eggnog Syrup, and 2 ounces of heavy cream. Divide the whipped coffee between each glass and top each cocktail off with it.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
