Ingredients
- 1 bunch of fresh basil
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 - 3 inch piece of Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tsp. salt and ground black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 4 tbs. olive oil
Instructions
- Combine all of the above ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Prepare your favorite pasta as directed.
- Plate the pasta in a large bowl and toss with the pesto. Shave extra Parmesan cheese and extra drizzle of olive oil if desired.
