Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe peaches, sliced
  • 2 ripe plums, sliced
  • 2 kiwis, sliced
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/4 cup raspberries
  • 3 basil leaves, finely chopped
  • Sprig of fresh mint, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Orange rind
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Combine all the fruit, herbs and orange rind in a serving bowl.
  2. Drizzle with honey and serve alongside breakfast.
