Ingredients
- 3 Trident Seafoods® Wild Alaskan Pollock Burgers, frozen not thawed
- Vine ripe tomatoes, sliced
- Salad greens of your choice
- Sliced pickles
- Bacon, grilled
- Onions
- Your choice of rolls or flatbread
Spicy Tzatziki
- 16 oz. sour cream
- 1 grilled jalapeno, with or without seeds
- 2 cloves garlic
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon, plus zest
Instructions
- In lightly oiled pan, cook the burgers over medium heat for 4 to 5 minutes on each side until golden.
- In a food processor, blend all the ingredients for the Tzatziki, until smooth and creamy.
- Assembly your burger on a roll or flatbread with your desired toppings.
