Ingredients
- 3 cups pasta your choice
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 clove garlic, grated
- 1/2 cup chopped ham
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 cup Colby & Monterey Jack Cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 tablesppons breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Bring a medium pot of water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 15 minutes or until al dente.
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- In a medium skillet, melt down butter with garlic. Add ham and cook until slightly golden. Add milk and cheese. Once the cheese begins to melt whisk in flour, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Once a thick sauce comes together, toss over the pasta, then return to the skillet.
- Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake for 10 minutes. Serve and Enjoy!
