Goat Cheese Tarts

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • Joan of Arc® Traditional Goat Cheese
  • 45 dried dates, sliced
  • 1/8 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 sprig fresh Rosemary


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut out 6-8 squares.
  3. Take a glass or mason jar lid and gently indent the center of each square.
  4. Spread about 1 tablespoon of goat cheese into each circle. Top with dates, pecans and finally rosemary.
  5. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden.
